
BC Assessment undertakes public opinion research to gauge our customers' perceptions of BC Assessment's products and customer service. Each survey measures performance improvement from the previous survey with the goal of continuous improvement of customer service. Serving our customers with care and professionalism is our number one focus, and this important research helps us listen to what our customers consider most important to them. We use the feedback to enhance our products and services which support positive customer experiences for the future. Each year BC Assessment surveys it’s residential and non-residential clients, and every second year we survey our local government, first nations, and provincial government clients.
