Appeal (Notice of Complaint) Form

BC Assessment offers an online appeal and withdrawal of appeal form as a free public service to property owners.

We are no longer accepting appeals. Withdrawals of appeals from the provincial Property Assessment Review Panel needed to be made before March 15.

If you pay property taxes to a First Nation, then some First Nations’ appeal tribunals may still allow for a withdrawal of the appeal to be made after March 15.
