Assessments and Sales by Address

BC Assessment offers Assessments and Sales by Address online as a free public service to property owners to view total assessed values for most properties in BC. The basic data we provide is another way for the public to audit our work and ensure that property assessments are uniform and fair.

Assessments and Sales by Address is offered from early January to March 15 each year during the property assessment appeal period. The data is subject to change after the appeal period closes (March 15). Property owners are encouraged to contact their local BC Assessment office if they have questions or want information about their property assessment. 2007 Assessment Roll information is also available at most municipal halls.

Detailed property assessment information is also available online, for a fee, through BC OnLine at www.bconline.gov.bc.ca. BC OnLine provides customers with convenient, affordable access to a number of government databases, including the BC Assessment property database.
